Hi, i'm using StaxRip with my GTX 970 and i want to know what is the best configuration to make a lossless mkv file with HEVC x265 codec.

	If your source is something other than x265 and you're converting to x265, then it's not a lossless conversion. Maybe it'll be a good conversion; maybe you won't be able to tell the difference, but it won't be lossless. 
 
 If your video is already in x265 (which it isn't, if the source is a Blu-Ray disc), then you don't need StaxRip. You just have to mux into an MKV.
 
 And if you understand a conversion into a lossy codec is never 'lossless', then someone else can give you some settings to use within StaxRip.
