Rolling slide at the bottom of the screen

Hi, I have Premiere 6. I would like to make a rolling slide at the bottom of
my movie clip such as on CNN channel. How can I do that? Thanks

Use Flash. Import your video as a series of pictures and add the audio track. Add a stripe on the bottom, the color background you want the banner to be. Add a box of text in stripe form across the right side of the screen... then scroll across to the left to the end of the video segment.
