Help generating rtmpdump url/code?

Okay, so once again I'm trying to grab a Japanese program for a friend (a Japanese actor fanatic) and I'm stumped.

You need a vpn these days. Didn't before, but now you do. :/
Here's one of the shows. The only play method available is through a Flash player that looks like it plays an rtmp url/stream thing. I'm not very good at this stuff.

I think I found the info I need to write the rtmpdump code in an aspx file: https://www2.uliza.jp/api/get_player_video_info.aspx?minbit=&eid=3eJWFwwGjTm&maxbit=&v...d=629&rnd=7269

I just don't know if that's what I'm actually looking for and if it is how to piece it together to run it through rtmpdump. I'll keep messing with it, but I'm not sure how far I can get with my novice knowledge.

If somebody can help me and tell me how to do it for future shows that'd be great. I'd really like to be able to do it myself.

Yikes. No idea that would happen. Here's a different link to the show. That might work better. EDIT: Looks like you do need a vpn now. :/

Thanks for the thing you linked to. I'll be sure to try it and hopefully it'll work. I promised them I'd grab this show for them...every...single...time.... :/ (slight regret)
