Problem in Extracting Clip with Subtitle

Hello everyone i have an issue , i want to extract movie clip and the movie is muxed with subtitle and properly synchronized i use vlc record button and extract my desire part but problem is the extracted part is not sync with subtitle....
Is there any software i extract my desire part with proper sync subtitle and automatically subtitle show instead of use enable button

Try cut your clip with MKvmergegui or Mymp4boxgui. They have no preview but you can type in time codes.

If they fail you could hardcode/burnin the subs first. With for example VidCoder or Handbrake. Then cut out the video.
