PotPlayer Save preset volume level on startup

I have been searching the forum and googling and came across info about presets but cannot seem to figure out how to save volume level in a newly created preset in the default preset settings window. I tried sliding the volume to the desired level which might not be how to do this and I unchecked start the PotPlayer with default preset and clicked active selected preset which did not save after close. Long story short does anyone know how to achieve this with PotPlayer. To clarify what I want to do is to have PotPlayer start with the volume at say 5.
