    Are the quality on them the same or do standard vhs have better quality?
    Blank vhs cassette is hard to find in my country, but I found one, but expensive, but vhs-c was cheaper and I could evet get two vhs-c cheaper than one vhs. Adapter I have so thats not a problem.

    The only difference between VHS and VHS-C should be the form factor of the outside case. Other than that they should be the same. Which is why a $10 adaptor allows you to play VHS-C on a standard VHS VCR.
