Hello, my problem is that deinterlacing spoils me the videos. I use Avidemux to do so.
But the resulting video in mp4 to viewing it, not blurry and so far so good, but the screen occasionally makes as few moves as hum and up and down ... a very rare thing.
How I can do deinterlacing properly without this happening?

Welcome to the forum.
You are not giving us enough information.
What kind of videos? How are they encoded? Why are you deinterlacing? How do you know the source video is interlaced? Perhaps it is telecined. Perhaps it uses frame blending. Perhaps it it is already progressive.
More information, please.- My sister Ann's brother
