With the exception of one AVI (Swordfish) I cant hear any sound from any of my others. have had a look in Virtual Dub at the File Information and Swordfish says:
Compression: Fraunhofer IIS MPEG Layer-3 Codec
The others say:
Compression: Unknown (Tag 2000)
Is this the problem? When I boot Media Player it trys to download the codec but comes up with an error. Also in Virtual Dub if I try to save the WAV file for these films I get:
The requested audio compression is not compatible with the input format. Check that the sampling rate and channel of the input match those of the requested format.
I have d/l all different codecs. Anyone got any ideas?
Cheers
