you have to execute this command in the windows CMD to get the stream.

1) download https://github.com/chrippa/livestreamer/releases/download/v1.11.1/livestreamer-v1.11.1-win32.zip
2) unzip the file in C:\ (for example)
3) so you have C:\livestreamer-v1.11.1 folder
4) open cmd.exe (command shell)
5) in this command shell go to C:\livestreamer-v1.11.1

cd C:\livestreamer-v1.11.1

6) paste the code

livestreamer "hlsvariant://http://alkass-i.akamaihd.net/hls/live/205534/1/live_43s.m3u8" best -o video.ts

your video is uploaded in C:\livestreamer-v1.11.1, and is named video.ts
