    Search engines are your friend.

There are many guides on this site. It says "Guides" on the menu on the top of the page.

    Read them.

  3. Some info regarding the format of the movie (the type of video and file type etc) might be helpful.

Other than that, try Video To Video Converter and the commercial remover under the Tools menu. It'll work with a variety of file types (AVI, MKV, MP4 etc). Obviously you can remove whatever you like, it doesn't have to be commercials.

A PG-13 movie has "vulgar" scenes?

Tell your niece to wait until she is a (PG-13) adult and can make that decision herself, or tell yourself to live with a bit of "vulgarity" in the course of an otherwise stellar movie, or just don't show it. Editing that ruins the continuity & the intention of the creators.

And I hope your niece will NOT thank you

  9. Once you take all the vulgarity out of that movie -- the gambling, the gun-play, the conspicuous wealth, the indifference to steerage passengers, the massive violent death -- what's left?

I agree. There's another thread on this forum titled "subtitle ass to mp4".

Perhaps that should be deleted by the mods for vulgarity?
