MakeMKV Output Single MKV file

Is it possible to to setup MAKEMKV to output ONE MKV file, rather than three or four depending on the DVD structure. It would make it much more viewable when watching the video on TV via the HDD.

If it's for something like TV episodes in the same titleset MKVMergeGUI will output a single file when you drop the first VOB file onto it.
