	easy. open the .mov file and while it is playing in QuickTime, just hit the Print Screen button (it is next to the F12 key) on your keyboard and it will be copied to the clip board. Go into paintbrush or some other image editor and paste it in.

	Oy Vey, if you are going to keep replying to threads that do not need it, at least make sure they are NOT over ELEVEN YEARS OLD!!!!!!!!!!
