Putting the audio from one video to another? [help]

Hi there

Was wondering if someone could help me.

I got 2 videos of the same thing.

One has Russian audio the other has english audio.

The one with Russian audio is better visual quality.

How do i strip the audio from the Eng version andio and put it onto the better quality (russian version) by replacing the russian audio of course.
