If anyone can PLEASE HELP ME.
I recently got engaged. The videographer formatted his SD card and deleted the files of my proposal. I was able to recover them, but now its a blank image with distorted audio.
I've tried converting to a different format..
Repairing with REMO Repair
Stellar Phoenix recovery
Wonder Share Video Convertor
Grau GMBH Video Repair
But no luck. Anyone have some ideas?
I've attached a small clip of something I converted.

In grau video repair tool did you load a working mp4 from same camera? If you have such a file then.

Does it have to be from the exact same camera? I loaded another .mov file and it processes it as if it is repaired... but the "repaired" clip is still corrupted. (first attachment i sent).

Update... I've successfully restored the video portion of the corrupted files... but no audio.
