Ripping subtitles from English BluRay when foreign speech is spoken

Can anyone help me? I want to rip a BluRay disc which has English language and want english subtitles when another language is spoken. I do not want subtitles to be displayed all the time only when another language is used.

When you say rip do you mean rip or rip and convert?

Rip and convert to MKV with dvdfab

Use TsMuxer to demux the subtitles > then use bdsup2sub to identify forced subtitles and export only those > when conversion is done use MkvMerge to remux the subtitle into your MKV > Default track flag -- Yes

Please note that I don't use Dvdfab

gonca thanks for the help. Unfortunately none of the progs you suggested are familiar to me thus I have no idea how to use them. I am sure they will do the task I need doing but could you please advise how to use them starting from how to rip the bluray disc? or is there somewhere on the forum I could learn how to use these programmes?
