Im using Tmpgenc 2.53
When selecting profile "NTSC SVCD"
It gives me CBR 2510MB/s
Shouldnt it be VBR?
Or if im wrong please post the correct white book specs SVCD should be on.

Yes, you should select VBR 2 passes or CQ (constant quality) in the video settings because, if you make SVCDs, you want to take advantage of the VBR offered by MPG2 standard
