    Hello I have a quick question on the “Video to Video “software’s Commercial remover. On the internal player, it doesn’t play any sound. Is this right? Is it a bug? It makes exact cutting difficult. Obliged for any help here

    Most (free) editors does not play any audio.

    Instead of playing the audio, many video editors can show the audio waveform.
    I have not ever used V2V so I cannot tell if it has such feature.

    Is there a way that the vlc player can show exactly which frame is currently playing, so that I know where to break video exactly please?

    ..I'd suggest you to use a real video editor to do the cutting, should save you a lot of trouble...
    AviUtl, VirtualDub, Vegas...
