How to download flowplayer protected stream videos ?

hi tried all the tools can be found on the sticky post. none of them works.
yes i know i can record screen, but is there an easier way ? ( my video is very long 7-8 hours, and is already blurred. don't want to encode again )

guessing its 'educational' or a very long 'documentry'
either case it is very likley in multiple parts, and hard to download

screen record, "at streamed resolution" not expanded full screen
than Filtered ( virtualdub avisynth avidemux ) to clean up and sharpen , just might give you the best results

you can possibly do it one or two hours at a time say 3 segments
using the 'time line' indicator to pick your starting position
