    Ok then,
    My mate was given a VCD by somebody, the VCD plays fine on his standalone DVD player but all our previous attempts failed.

    So, we bought some blank discs the same make as the one he was given - they are DataSafe Media 80mins.

    BUT, when we burn a VCD using Nero - they don't work.

    Why?

    They are the exactly the same disc so why does one work but not the other?

    ANY info about this would be greatly appreciated.

    Try Padus DiscJuggler or CloneCD. Sometimes Nero won't copy VCDs, even ones authored with Nero.
