  1. HI, i have a panasonic Rv31k DVD player, whenever i burn a non-standard compiant VCD, if it's not a proper ratio, like 640x480, i mean if it's 640x272, i always get a messed up image of the video isn't centered properly, how do i correct this in TmpEnc

  2. follow the standards (sort of), and use resolutions like 720x480 and 720x576. that way more players will play it

    DVD/MPEG playback standards is 704x480(NTSC) or 576(PAL), 640x480 is VGA standards playback for Computers, The proper DVD/MPEG ratio for Home DVD Player must be 352 HalfD1, 704/720 FullD1 follow by 240/480(NTSC) 288/576(PAL).
