yeah pretty new to all this but what is the difference between .vdf files and .vdplugins--I know vdplugins are for virtualdub extensions...which one should i use or do i use both? TIA![]()

From what I've seen so far, the vdplugin is an input plugin - it decodes the video
and makes it available to Virtualdub. The vdf plugins are generally effect plugins that
do stuff to the video once it's open.
