  2. i add this info when i mux video and mp3 audio in nandub, it just offers this by default.
There is something called alphatv avi editor (something like that) at doom9.org in the download section (look under avi tools - more choices), never used it though.

  3. Okay, great but:

    1. How do you do it?
    2. Do you convert you ovn captured rips?
    3. Do you convert into DivX in Nandub, and if why not VirtualDub (is it because the quality is better in Nandub)?
    4. And what are the best settings for converting to DivX in Nandub?

    Thanks

  4. Hi.
You asked how to add author/copyright details etc, use nandub.
I only use nandub to mux mp3 and video together, as the oficial virtualdub does not support mp3 soundtracks. The ability to edit copyright and author info is a bonus. You could try my other suggestion too.

I use virtualdub to produce my 2-pass xvid "divx", i used to use nandub (which is still good to use) but the new xvid codec is still being developed (the programers still describe it as an alpha release!!) - it is updated nearly everyday. I like this as it is new, slightly better than using nandub and finding errors may jelp in its development.

Don't ask me about how to use it or any settings, the information for that exists in the doom9 website, especially the forum - you'll have to read it like i did. IF after doing that you need help then post on the doom9 xvid forum like i do.

    good luck
