help needed with getting password

hi all i registered on this site a while back, and had to format my hard drive and install svcd2dvd again, but its asking for my registration email and password, i do not have access to the email address i registered with, so cant request lost password, because will send to that address

Have you contacted the software vendor?

In the future, it would be wise to print your registration emails and keep them in a safe place.......
