Hi it's been a while since I've wondered how to make video cds, since the way I do it is care free.( I rip dvd with smart ripper, use dvdtoavi, and tmpgenc). I was wondering, is there a faster way of doing it with about the same quality? The whole process takes about 16 hours, with the end result of a vcd. (Resolution 352x240). I know if I add more memory it might speed up some. Thanks.
I have a 800mhz celeron

you're using a fairly standard ripping method... it doesn't get much faster unless you upgrade your processor
