Before buying the black magic intensity shuttle, i'd like to know if my laptop can handle it?

I have an ACER 7750G
MotherBoard: Acer JE70_HR
Chipset: intel HM65(cougar point) [B3]
Proc: i7-2630Qm
Graphic: Radeon 6650M
Ram: 6GB DDR3

USB 3.0


Or if it doesn't work, do you know any component card (720p) with minimum lag on the PC screen (<500 ms)?
