  1. This Error occurs, when I try to capture in virtual dub. I got a Terratec TValue and an Asus AGP 3800 32mb riva tnt2 (which has lots of ports...). I'd simply like to capture something from TV. With the Terratec TValue Software I can capture everything, but not in Virtual Dub. First, there is a Bluescreen: xxxxx.vxd has got an error. when I start it again, the error described in my topic occurs. what shall I do? Shall I use my graphics card to capture (and how does this function?) or are there any "standard"- capture drivers which I have to get?

    Please help me!!!

No, that's what you see in your mirror. Refer to the VFW/WDM issue above.
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."

  5. First of all, why has nobody told me that thing with the wdm drivers yet?
Then, well, it's not FULL of lamers, but there are a lot of them in this forum.
And, Mirror_Image, actually I AM a lamer - concerning this topic; capturing, VCD, DVD, DIVX and so on...
My activities and my capacities are focused on other things dealing with the computer... I've seen lots of forums to specific topics and I expect people who know what they're saying and not people who are saying what they know.

What I wanna say: MANY are lamers. - although this was more a joke...

    By the way
"What you see in your mirror" metaphoric a bit *umpf* - you know, many people said that before you.
