tsmuxer unsupported format?

tsmuxer gives me an error with unsupported format being the header of the error and a description of some tracks not recognized and have been ignored...

I'm trying to process an mkv container to bd-r format and I just cant get tsmuxer to work or any other program that is dependant on it. I also have a slow pc so I dont want to re-encode it...
