    I would like to make a short intro to my svcds, but I don't want to just add text to a movie clip. Something that I could do frame by frame animation style would be great. Thanks in advance for any info.

    nothing really out there, but you can pick up a co9py of Video STudio for about $50 when its on sale at Comp USA
