track and sync played files in multiple devices

Hello everyone.

Is there a player that allows me to create a playlist in multiple devices (the video files would be on each device) that would be syncronized, would keep track of what files have I played already an synchronize this to all the devices (windows and android)?

I hope you would be able to understand what I meant.

I would try a media server like Kodi or Plex Media Server. They have players/apps for windows, android and ios.
