    I've been using tmpgenc's latest version (not plus), and have discovered that the 2-pass vbr isn't working. It just creates a blank screen with the audio only. I think I saw somewhere where others have had this problem have never seene a solution. What causes this? I have tried tweaking things, but nothing seems to resolve this problem. I have found that the other vbr settings don't seem to have the same quality for the file size.

    The first pass of the 2-pass VBR is for "information gathering" purposes only, no rendering is done (thus the preview screen is black/blank. On the second pass, it uses the info it collected on the first pass to render/compress with great efficiency. Run it all the way through, and at about 50% complete, you'll see the preview appear when pass 2 starts.
