    I'm trying to join multiple .MTS files without having to re-encode. I've used a few different tools including tsMuxeR. The result is the same for all of them. The video goes black at 1:06 and the image flickers on and off. Sometimes Windows Media Player crashes.

    Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Are they even remotely similar to each other as far as specs go?

    The .MTS files are all from the same camera.

    did you try the software that comes with the camera?
