    I don't understand much yet aout ripping but i am following: Sefys classical newbie start DVD Ripping guide and so far so good except when I get to DVD2AVI step 1)e, 1)f. I am not being prompted to choose MP3 Compressor in my AUDIO drop down menu.

    Any help is appreciated

    I assume you are doing VCD's. Just go to "settings" and select Dual Channel and 224kbs and it will be just fine

    PLEASE HELP
    I am so confussed. All I want to do is to make a DVD from a DVD.
    I have read everything and the more I read, the more confuss I get. What do I do, PLEASE HELP.

    Regarding your starting question, MP3 is an OPTION, I do NOT recommand using it, it is NOT required to create either a VCD or a SVCD!

    Now, what else seems to be troubleing you regarding the guide, be specific as to what step you seem to be stuck in.
