I'm looking to switch from TMPGEnc to FFMpeg and I'm looking for comparable settings.
Motion search precision: (Low, Standard, High, High with error correction)
Include GOP sequence header
Detect scene change
Quantization Matrix - intrablock (#), non-intrablock (#)
Optimize half/full pixel motion search
Use key frams as I picture
