Codebuster for samsung 4LED flashing light?!

I have a 42"plasma( Samsung S42AX-YB01). It does not come on. on the power button, when I plug in the tv, I get 4 red LED flashes then it pops/clicks continuously. I have replaced the power board bypassing the capacitor issue. When I called Samsung they said my tv did not fall under the bad capacitor issue as it was plasma...there was a bad cap that I replaced on the old board. I replaced the board just to make sure there wasn't a problem with other caps I couldnt see an issue with...
Any help I would GREATLY appreciate it!!!

What is the Samsung model number on the back of the TV?

The number you gave seems to be a panel part number.

Have you attempted Samung contact for a blink chart? Each make and model can vary on chart. Here is one for a idea:

1 - blink STV 5v sense DG Board

2 - blinks 15v SOS D Board

3 - blinks 3.3v SOS D Board

4 - blinks Power SOS P Board

5 - blinks 5v SOS D Board

6 - blinks Driver SOS 1 SU / SD / SC Boards (SC energy recovery circuit)
