    I would like to download &edit my 1080/60p video of Panasonic HDC-HS900 .My PC has: HDMI,PCIe,USB2,USB3 .What is the best way

    to do it?

    Intel core: i5,2.67Ghz,4GB RAM,2 ATI 5750 graphics cards(1GB each)

    Did you read the manual? Copy the files using USB. The quality won't change no matter what program you use to transfer them this way, but if you want to preserve metadata you may want to use the included software.
