[DVD Lab Pro] subtitles wrong time

Why importing subtitles formats. Srt
all times are wrong?

You can correct place automatically reset them all individually by hand?

[Case]

The times aren't wrong, but they display using different timing formatting.

00:00:24,719 is 24 seconds and 719/1000 of a second.
00:00:24:18 is 24 seconds and 18 frames out of 25 frames per second.

For a PAL project (25 fps) 0.719 second equals to 17.975/25 second, rounded as frame 18 in that second.

Thus they are the same.
