Need to make IFO, BUP for Single VOB

I can not find any guides for making IFO, BUP for a Single VOB with IFO Edit. I can find guides to join more then one VOB but I need to make IFO & BUP for a Single VOB. Are there any good easy to understand guides for this ?

Add it in dvdstyler and author a dvd. It will create the ifo and bups.

That sounds like it re converts the video & lowers the quality. Not looking to do that

You can also add it to AVStoDVD, set the program to NOT reencode audio and video that are dvd compliant and it will make a new dvd-video for you. Very quick, very easy.
