i create Street Fighter videos on youtube (youtube.com/roydroydroyd) and the quality of my videos is really shitty due to a crappy capture method.
with this said, my vbideos range from 9-15 mins in length and i'm encoding with vdub using xvid. The videos are 640x480 but i'm not sure why a 13 min video ends up being 400MB in filesize. Can someone give me some pointers on how to lower the filesize?

Lower the video bitrate, video->compression, select xvid and click configure. Be sure to use an audio compression also, audio->compression and choose mp3 for example.
