I have hp media center computer. I tried connecting my old tv to the computer using the rca cables and tried following the manual guide but for some reasons i cant get the signals on the tv. Can any one help me out?

	What resolution is your monitor running at? The composite (RCA) output is often limited to lower resolutions -- like 1024x768 or 1280x1024. And keep in mind the RCA output has a resolution equivalent to about 640x480. So a higher resolution desktop will be downscaled and fuzzy. See the samples in this post:

 Connect all the cables with the computer off. Turn on the TV, then turn on the computer. The computer may automatically detect the TV.
