Is it possible to capture material from a DVD? My DVD is about as simple as one can get. No menus or anything other than a one hour video.

It looks like DVDShrink has several download choices, BatchShrink, DVDShrinkg for Imgburn, etc. I'm using Win7-64-bit. Developer site gets me to an ad by Verizon. Download from mirror gets me a 32-bit version, which is likely what I'll have to settle for.

Most likely all versions are linked here in the tools section. (There never was any 64-bit version that I've ever heard of, as development ceased quite a few years ago.) The program is also available from numerous sites, though you probably don't need to look anywhere else.
When in Las Vegas, don't miss the Pinball Hall of Fame Museum http://www.pinballmuseum.org/ -- with over 150 tables from 6+ decades of this quintessentially American art form.
