I'm trying to convert some mkv videos to mp4; I already have the video tracks converted, but my first time through I inadvertently muxed the wronng language audio tracks. So all I'm trying to do with these MKVs is extract the audio tracks I was supposed to grab the first time. Only problem is two of the MKV files were muxed incorrectly or something. First I just tried to extract the audio tracks as usual with mkvtoolnix, but for some odd reason the audio file (.ogg btw) came out to be 200MB, the same size as the original MKV file with all the tracks, whereas all the other MKVs that I processed without a hitch only had audio tracks of 20MB. I tried playing the .ogg file in VLC and it wouldn't play, merely lock up VLC. (All the 20MB .ogg files played fine btw.) So upon further investigation, this is what the trees of the two MKV files look like, obviously whoever muxed these did something completely wrong:

MKVExtract reads the MKV as:
Track 4: subtitles
Track 1: subtitles
Track 5: video
Track 6: audio
Track 7: audio
followed by 3 "attatchments" which appear to be subtitle fonts
in that exact order.
Anyone know how to fix this mess?![]()

extract tracks 6 AND track seven. Play back both tracks, and LISTEN with your own ears for the correct track.
Then remux the correct audio and video track.
Play back on PC to confirm file correct.Corned beef is now made to a higher standard than at any time in history.
The electronic components of the power part adopted a lot of Rubycons.
