append / join .mp4 videos

After several hours of searching I wasn't able to find one utility to append / join mp4 videos (like mkvmerge does for mkv-files).
I need it for PS3, so cannot use mkv.

The videos are originally captured by fraps and such after every 4GB started new.

I have Win-XP and MeGUI, XviD4PSP

you can try yamb or avidemux

ps3 can't play fraps, so you would have to re-encode them at some point. If you re-encode, you might as well join before you re-encode, this will reduce potential problems in joining. You might join the original avi's with vdub

Joining the original avis with VirtualDUB seems the easiest way.
