I'm having a slight problem which I do not understand. I have about 200+ mkv's on my computer. Sometimes when I try to rename a file it takes minutes and my computer all of the sudden runs really slow. The other problem I have is sometimes I try to move them around into different folders and its says I can't because they're in use by explorer. Now it doesn't do it to all of them, but to some, and to the ones it does this to its consistently those same ones. Any ideas? Thank You.
BTW this happens on my Win 7 ultimate machine and Win 7 Home Edition.

I'll move this to Newbie/General.
I've seen this problem a few times. Explorer is likely having a hard time reading the file, so it slows down. I've even had a few crash Explorer. Usually what I do is re-encode the MKV and that fixes it. Did you encode the problem MKVs the same way as the others?
You might try comparing a problem one to a known good one with MediaInfo and you might spot the differences.
