Well, I created this mpg file and split it in half so it could be burned onto two 80-min CDs. The first half was burned perfectly. But Nero 5.5.4.0 says that the second part takes up 90 minutes and won't fit into the CD. But the second half is actually shorter than the first half and the file size is smaller too.
What's causing this problem? I have Windows XP.

Try loading the 2nd mpg into VCDImagerGUI and make a bin/cue and try burning it w/ cdrwin

You might want to try my response to this topic. Depending what you used to cut the file and the output type selected when you did the cut. This sometimes works using TMPGEnc:
