Ok I burned a VCD in win98 about 6 months ago on some CD-Rs I got in a stack. Now i'm using the exact same cd's(still from the same stack) and My VCDs have some werid playback problems, they will speed up then slowdown and the audio will be off for a bit and then get fixed(23.796 fps like Tmpeg says the File was encoded as), then when i try 29.796FPS There are parts where people will move warp speed for a split second and then it's fine. I've tried TMPEG 2.53 and 12j nero 5.5.5.1, 5.5.6.4 and the latest(which didn't work on my burner, but worked on roommates). I also tried 2 different burners and Different bit rates(CBR). DVD player is an APEX 500W. The Old VCD I burned worked great. I also noticed other people having the same problems. Are you all running windows XP as well?
