Video Editing Software: Which is the best for what I am trying to do?

Video Editing Software Question:
I am purchasing video editing software to produce online educational courses. The format is as follows:
-10 minutes of teaching (for this I will need a background (may need greenscreen) , slides to show text while still doing audio
-30 second comedic video clips showing falls ect.
-5 minute 2 person interview
-10 minutes teaching
-repeat of the above. The total time is 45-50 minutes
I would also like to begin and end with background music.

What would be the best video editing software for this type of video?

Easy way: Power director 9

Medium way: Sony Vegas HD

Hard way: Adobe Premiere

I like PD9 because a very easy to learn and make a great final product .

I use Sony Vegas, because 60fps video. But most complicated.

VideoStudio Pro X4-smaller learning curve than Vegas(expensive) and a lot cheaper and that includes the $100 dollar Vegas version.
