This question has been asked previously but i have never seen a answer to it. A 70-min VCD i created using TMPGCEnc and Easy CD Creator 5.0 plays perfect audio but the video becmes choppy at times. The video later corrects itself. The MPEG is fine, and the video skip is different each time, so perhaps it is the DVD player itself. I recorded the video as 1 track, and am curious if cutting the mpeg into chapters will help.
Anyway, how do you divide an mpeg into chapters using Easy CD creator, or is there some other freeware that is much simplier?

Perhaps a different brand of cdr might help, My niece complained of this with some of the disks I gave her, she has a Philips DVD player, I have a Sony, they always played ok on my player.
She said the skip/pause/jump/bad images were not in the same place each time she played them.
However I use Maxell disks now, and she now says they are 100%. before I used anything that was going cheap.
