I've downloaded THEORA-v1.1.1 and would like to configure it into FFMPEGX to encode .ogg video files for HTML5 publishing. Are there clear instructions available for the layperson? I've also installed ffmpeg2theora-0.27.pkg but I'm not sure how this works.

I saw you opened a similar topic in the Mac forum.
ffmpegX does not provide ways to encode to .ogg Theora. Nor can you configure Theora "into" ffmpegX.
ffmpeg2theora is command line (as used from Terminal.app). When I tried it, it complained that a file on my system "libiconv.2.dylib" was the wrong version. No idea where to get a more recent version of that file.
