    my phone has only 2" screen.i wanted to convert some mp4 files which i received from youtube. In Total Video Converter ,i opted for 176*144,1500(video bitrate),15(VFR) and 128,aac. but it gave me a video which has VBR less than 400 and audio less than 128. is there any restriction on video dimensions to mobile phone?by increasing the video bitrate i wanted to bring some improvement on quality of the video. the output was more or less the same with other softwares. kindly help.

    depends on the phone. try xmedia recode. it has presets for most popular phones.
