Imgburn is a burning tool not an authoring tool. Have a good one,

ok I have some files .iso and would like to burn a dvd ( with chapters and so on)
 which sw do you suggest?

 thanks

Ahhhh, much better question and you've given us more info.

If its a DVD iso, extract the audio/video folder with a tool like isobuster. Extract the VOBs with VOB2MPG to a single .mpg (mpeg2) file. Import the mpeg2 into a authoring tool like TMPG Author, DVD Movie Factory, DVD Flick, even Windows Movie maker will do ... to generate new VOBs with the menus/chapters of your choice. Use tools that will reencode as little as possbile so lose a little quality as possible. Editting mpeg2 can be tricky. Look at payware that will do the job.

 - Create/Capture
 - Edit
 - Author
 - Burn

 Rise, repeat as necessary.

Some tools will combine the above steps but there's no way around them. Look at the What Is - DVD, Tools, and How-To guides to the left. Tons of very helpful info.Have a good one,

@neomaine - I think you meant Windows DVD Maker, not Windows Movie Maker

@the OP - if this is an ISO of a DVD then it may well already have chapters etc. from when it was originally authored. You could either extract or mount the ISO, then play the contents form the video_ts folder in a good software player and test this before going to any further trouble.Read my blog here.

I didn't think of Win DVD Maker and meant to say Movie Maker. Though, I think it has the option to only create a compliant mpeg2 like for a slideshow. Not sure about chapters. Been a while since I've used it.

DVD maker makes much more sense.Have a good one,
